Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Hanuman Lok website and purchases from us. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our related Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an order.

Appropriate website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information and not to interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse content or create false orders. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.

Website content, brand identity, product copy, photographs, design and other materials are owned by or licensed to Hanuman Lok and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Orders & acceptance

An order request or checkout submission is an offer to purchase; it does not itself guarantee acceptance or product reservation. We accept an order when we provide confirmation. Before confirmation, we may need to clarify address details, delivery availability, payment arrangements or other information.

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred, an address is not serviceable, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Where we have received money for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund in accordance with the applicable payment method.

Pricing, offers & availability

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. A marked or comparison price is shown for context; the selling price payable is the amount shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. We may update prices, availability and offers at any time before an order is accepted.

Despite care, a price, availability or description error may occur. If it affects your order, we will contact you before processing further or cancel and refund the affected order.

Product imagery & hand-finished variation

We aim to present the statue accurately. Photography is influenced by natural light, display settings and screen calibration. Because each item can have small finish variations, colour tone and fine detail may differ slightly from imagery. These natural differences do not indicate a defect.

Liability & consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Hanuman Lok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These products are intended for decorative, devotional and gifting use. Please place and handle them safely, out of reach where appropriate, and follow reasonable care when moving or displaying them.
